SECTION 2a - Alignment to Strategy

This section assesses the degree to which decisions integrate the following:

1. risks of the strategy itself
2. risks resulting from the strategy, and
3. threats to the strategy.

It also assesses the extent to which leaders understand the connection between risk and strategy and act on potential consequences of identified risks to the overall
strategy of the organization.

SECTION 2b - Culture and Accountability

This section assesses the degree to which risk considerations are pervasive from the governing body to the frontline personnel, risk owners understand and take action commensurate with their responsibility, and risk competencies are evident throughout the organization.

It also seeks to assess the extent to which its enterprise risk management discipline reflects the organization's stated cultural and ethical values/principles.

This section seeks to assess how your organization managing Enterprise Risk Management  (ERM) capabilities

SECTION 2d - Risk Governance & Protocols

This section seeks to assess the degree that the enterprise risk management discipline influences and interacts within an organizational risk ecosystem.

It also seeks to assess an organization's ability to apply its governance and risk management principles for accountability in managing risk to creating and protecting value including assessment, execution and process improvement.

SECTION 2e - Analytics

This section assesses the degree to which an organization uses technology and analytics to establish, collaborate, gain insight and maintain connections with stakeholders.

It seeks to assess the extent to which an organization uses varied and innovative techniques to report insights, monitor actions and escalate concerns to the appropriate level of management.

SECTION 2f - Business Continuity

This section assesses the degree to which the organization can sustain critical activities and recover effectively from disruptions.

It assesses the extent to which governance, impact analysis, continuity strategies, response plans, communications, exercises and continual improvement are integrated to strengthen organizational resilience.

It also assess the extent to which an organization uses varied and innovative techniques to report insights, monitor actions and escalate concerns to the appropriate level of management.

SECTION 3 - KEY VALUE CAPTURE METRICS

This section requests key financial metrics, such as annual revenue, profit, and cash flow. These metrics enable us to quantify the potential financial value your organization could unlock by addressing any risk management gaps that we may identify in this assessment.
